Booking policy

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure every beauty appointment.

While booking, you will see your full service price, the 50% holding fee due now, and the balance due on the day.

The holding fee is sent by bank transfer to the account shown on the booking page, and your receipt is uploaded with your request. The balance is settled at the studio on the day of your appointment.

Your slot is held as pending until we have checked the transfer, then we confirm your appointment with you by WhatsApp or email.

Training requires 100% payment before the training begins.

Enrollment is only confirmed after payment has been received.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time so the full service can be completed comfortably.

If you are running late, please notify us as early as possible.

If a client arrives more than 60 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be cancelled or an additional late fee may apply, depending on availability.
