With proper aftercare, a cluster lash set looks beautiful for 2–3 weeks. We recommend a fresh set every 3 weeks, and avoiding oil-based products around the eyes to protect retention.

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes, avoid caffeine right before your appointment, and please do not curl or tint your lashes beforehand. Arriving relaxed helps you stay comfortable throughout.

Please arrive with no eye makeup — no mascara, eyeliner or oily skincare around the eyes. Light face makeup elsewhere is fine.

Brow lamination typically lasts 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth and aftercare. Keep brows dry for the first 24 hours.

A brow tint lasts about 2–4 weeks on the hair, fading softly and gradually rather than all at once.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is paid online during booking. The remaining balance is paid at your appointment.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than 60 minutes late without notice may mean your appointment is cancelled or a late fee applies.
