What we collect. When you book or enroll we collect your name, phone number, email address and any notes you choose to share about your appointment.

Why we collect it. To confirm your appointment or enrollment, send reminders, provide a safe service, and contact you about changes to your booking.

Payments. Holding fees and training fees are paid by bank transfer. We only keep the receipt you upload so we can match it to your booking — we never ask for or store card details.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run bookings and payments.

Photos. Portfolio photos and videos are only published with your permission.

Your choices. You can request a copy of your details or ask us to delete them at any time by emailing poshupcosmetics@gmail.com.
